Ayesa Latif is responsible for leading Citi’s global FX product teams for foreign exchange.

In this capacity, she is responsible for all external electronic FX client trading platforms and solutions including Citi’s flagship Citi Velocity and Citi Pulse platforms and our innovative API and workflow solutions.

Ayesa is also responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of all core FX products within our sales and trading business, and the development of new products across our franchise to help our clients and Citi stay at the forefront of FX markets.

Ayesa leads our innovation team responsible for looking at our digital asset product strategy, GenAI, and strategic investments for FX. In addition, Ayesa also leads our global data team responsible for data infrastructure, architecture, and data science.

Elsa Lignos is based in London and is Managing Director, Global Head of FX Strategy & Central Bank Coverage, Head of EMEA Institutional FX Sales, Futures & Clearing. As Head of RBC’s G10 & EM FX strategy, she leads a small quantitatively-focused team of analysts in London, New York, Toronto and Singapore. She previously worked for RBC Capital Markets as Head of North American FX Strategy in New York (2013-2017), and has worked for the European Commission at its Joint Research Centre in Seville, Spain. Elsa has an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University (Physics & Computer Science), a Graduate Diploma in Economics from the LSE, a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP, and an MPhil in Economics from Oxford University. She speaks English, Spanish, Greek and French, and features regularly in international media (FT, Bloomberg, CNBC, Sky News, BBC).

James is the Managing Director of the GFMA’s Global FX Division, having established it in 2010 and developed it to become the driving force representing the largest dealers in the global FX market. He also established AFME’s Technology and Operations Division in 2016, and then took management responsibility for a number of additional AFME committees that he has merged to form the new Compliance, Control & Accounting (CCA) Division; in addition James now Chairs AFME’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, bringing together a number of AFME initiatives under a single structure. He remains heavily involved with efforts to enhance industry conduct, having been involved in the Global FX Code work and as a Board member of the UK’s FICC Market Standards Board. He sits on the Bank of England’s FX Joint Standing Committee and is also currently an ICSA Board member.

The Global FX division has 24 global members - between them accounting for a significant portion of the global FX dealer market - and is represented in Europe, North America and Asia. Working with key regulators and supervisors, the group monitors policy and regulatory developments to ensure the establishment of harmonised regimes and infrastructure to enable an effective global market for all participants. This same goal exists for the Tech & Ops group across the emerging EU fintech/regtech landscape, while the CCA Division again seeks to ensure practical and consistent implementation across its various priority topics covering compliance, conduct and tax/accounting issues. In addition to engagement with regulators, these Divisions also run a number of market forums including groups focused on increasing efficiencies and reducing duplication in the technologies used by the industry. Many of these groups are focused on the practical implementation of new regulations.

James has previously been a business strategy consultant at The LEK Partnership; working out of London and Chicago, as well as UK Head of Equities and Fixed Income Products at Reuters. He was the founder and managing director of the financial markets technology consultancy, Stentra, a market leader in FX e-trading, as well as commodities, fixed income and swaps. Six years after the company was established, it was sold to ION Trading.

Janet Dawson is Managing Director and the Americas representative of the Global Foreign Exchange Division (GFXD) of the Global Financial Markets Association (GFMA) and is based in the offices of the Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) in New York. Janet was previously with Westpac Banking Corporation, where she served as Relationship Manager Institutional Sales and Global Head of Funds in the Financial Markets team.

The Global FX division has 24 global members – between them accounting for a significant portion of the global FX dealer market – and is represented in Europe, North America, and Asia. Working with key regulators, Central Banks and supervisors, the Group monitors policy, and regulatory developments to ensure the establishment of harmonized regimes and infrastructure to enable an effective global market for all participants.

The GFXD also runs several market forums including groups focused on increasing efficiencies and reducing duplication in the technologies used by the industry. Many of these groups are focused on the practical implementation of new technologies and regulations, including topics such as Future of FX, digital currencies, ESG, clearing and settlements.

Janet has also previously held positions as Head of Institutional FX Sales in New York and London, and Corporate and Retail banking roles in Australia, all with Westpac Banking Corporation. Janet obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Oxford, England.

Kimiya joined ING in 2021 as Head of eFX Quant Trading. She has 13 years’ experience in electronic market making and is responsible for pricing, risk management and analytics of all FX products. She was previously a quant trader on the FX spot and options desks at UBS where she started her career. She holds a BA in Maths & Computer Science from Oxford University and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech.

Liam Fields worked in investment banking before moving to buy side post GFC. Liam has worked in ICG for 12 years. Currently Liam's role is largely focused on debt and capital markets as well as risk management.

Lu Fu is the Head of eSales and Digital Transformation EMEA at Mizuho. She has held multiple senior roles at UBS and Citi, bringing over 15 years client facing experience and knowledge in Global Markets eTrading and ALGO trading for both institutional and corporate clients. During her time at Mizuho, she has made Mizuho the¬ top dealer for Yen Rates products in the EMEA region and doubled our electronic trading volumes.

In a male dominated industry and being one of the few female Managing Directors on the trading floor, Diversity and Inclusion has always been a topic of high focus for Lu. Lu is currently the Champion of the Gender Diversity Network in Mizuho EMEA, with a focus on promoting gender diversity within Mizuho and in the wider industry. This includes a focus on building pipeline & hiring, retaining, and promoting gender diverse candidates in the financial industry.

Lucinda Lawrence is a Managing Director in Foreign Exchange Sales based in London. Lucinda runs the Institutional FX Team for EMEA, focusing on advising institutional investors. Lucinda joined Barclays in 2009 as a Graduate initially covering Central Banks for large scale FX transactions before moving onto Asset Management coverage four years later. Outside of her primary role, Lucinda is heavily involved in the Diversity agenda for Macro and several initiatives across Markets including the recruitment process. In her free time Lucinda is an avid traveler and has visited over 110 countries, including the less trodden paths. She was one of few tourists to compete in North Korea’s Pyongyang marathon and undertook a ski-touring trip in the Afghan mountains.

Raj is head of Global Foreign Exchange Options Trading, head of Global G10 Foreign Exchange Trading and co-head of Global Short Term Macro Trading. He serves on the Structured Investment Products Committee, Goldman Sachs International Risk Committee, Goldman Sachs International Asset and Liability Committee, and Global Banking & Markets Operating Committee. Raj also is the co-sponsor of the EMEA Global Banking & Markets – Public Women's Network .

Previously, he was a European interest rate products trader in London and before that, he managed the US interest rate products volatility and exotics portfolio in New York. Prior to 2007, Raj managed the London interest rate exotics portfolio for two years after trading interest rate products in New York for five years. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 as an associate after working as a summer associate in 1999. Raj was named managing director in 2008 and partner in 2014.

Raj earned a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University in 1994. He also earned an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from MIT in 2000, focusing on computational methods applied to the modeling of semiconductor processing reactors.

Richard Anthony joined HSBC in 2010 as Global Head of FX eRisk. In this capacity his team is responsible for the pricing and risk management of electronic Cash Foreign Exchange transactions. In December 2017, Richard was also appointed Head of Cash FX Trading in EMEA and as such is responsible for the voice trading teams in the region, a role he relinquished in 2019 to take up Global Head of Commodities.

Prior to HSBC Richard spent 16 years at Dresdner Kleinwort (latterly Commerzbank) in a number of roles but latterly as Global Head of Electronic Trading & Intermediary Services, which comprised of the electronic trading business in foreign exchange, the notes and coins business, the FX prime brokerage business and listed derivatives business.

Sarika has over 20 years of experience in Global Markets, specializing in electronic trading and distribution. She launched her career at Citigroup and has since held key roles at Lloyds Bank and HSBC where she spearheaded strategic initiatives to transform the electronic FX client proposition across the full spectrum of Institutional, Corporate and Retail businesses globally. With a passion for markets innovation, she has a strong track record of leveraging technology to implement and commercialise FX trading products, platforms and solutions, driving new business growth and fostering partnerships. Her expertise spanning FX, Payments and FinTech is complimented by a BTech in Computer Science (NIT, Warangal) and an MBA in Finance, Strategy and Systems (IIM, Calcutta).

Shuo Wu heads the FX Forward Electronic Trading business at Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2019, he held similar roles at Citi and JP Morgan. In his current role, he is responsible for designing and developing algorithmic strategies in the FX Forward space to improve customer experience and bolster Deutsche Bank's relationships with key clients and venues.

Toby Baker is the Global head of Foreign Exchange Trading in the Fixed Income Trading department. Toby is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Since leaving school in 1987, Toby's work life experience started with an administrative role at the London Stock exchange and then transitioned to a settlement’s role at Framlington Unit Management. My trading experience began in 1995 and have been with T. Rowe Price since 2001. Prior to this, Toby was employed by Daiwa SB Asset Management and JP Morgan Chase Fleming Asset Management as a foreign exchange dealer.
