Francesco Del Signore has 16+ years of experience in the banking and energy sectors.
He works at Intesa Sanpaolo as a Senior Regulatory Advisor in the European and Regulatory Public Affairs Department in Brussels.
In this role, he focuses on Capital Markets Union, retail investments, market infrastructures, financial markets, fund management, financial data and reporting and Brexit-related issues.
Before joining Intesa Sanpaolo, he worked at Terna Rete Elettrica Nazionale as a Middle Manager in the Finance Department.
He passed CFA® exam Level I and earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
He graduated from the University of Bologna (B.S. and M.S. in Political Science - International Affairs) and from the University of Rome Tor Vergata (Second Level Specializing Master in Antitrust and Market Regulation).

Kimon Argyropoulos has been with the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) since December 2023, where he coordinates its Distribution and Client Disclosure Standing Committee. As a Regulatory Policy Advisor, Kimon is focused on EFAMA’s advocacy on fund distribution and investor protection related topics, primarily covering the MiFID II and PRIIPs frameworks.

Kimon has held a variety of policy positions at European level. Prior to joining EFAMA, he was at the City of London Corporation where he followed a range of European policy topics, namely on sustainable finance, covering files such as the SFDR and CSDDD. Before that, he worked for Seas At Risk, where he worked to advance the organisation’s advocacy against microplastic pollution.

Kimon holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester in Politics and French, and a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Policy from City, University of London.

Luxmmi is currently a Vice President in JP Morgan’s EMEA Regulatory Affairs team covering retail policy (including retail investment policy) and digital policy. She previously worked as a policy adviser in the UK government for His Majesty’s Treasury on a range of financial services areas, including financial market infrastructure regulation (specifically EMIR and SFD), participating in EU Council working groups and working on the government’s onshoring project for financial services legislation following the UK’s exit from the EU. She has also worked on wholesale digital finance policy, with a focus on digital assets and tokenisation.

Pauline Laurent is Regulatory and Public affairs for BNPP Global Markets. A graduate of the University of Paris-Dauphine and holder of a Master 2 degree in financial markets law, she began her career in 2005, working as Compliance Officer for various brokers-dealers and Global Investment Banks, then as a Director for French Market Association for 7 years, before joining BNPP in January 2024, to supervise regulatory affairs and advocacy for BNPP Structured products activities. She is a co-author of “MiFID I Directive – Building the European financial market” (RB Edition, 2007) and
“MiFID II: A New Framework for European Financial Markets” (LexisNexis, 2019).
