Christiane is an attorney having studied in Germany and in France. She joined Deutsche Schutzvereinigung für Wertpapierbesitz e.V. (DSW) in 1999 and acts as managing director nrw since 2011. DSW is the leading German investor association, founded in 1947 with more than 30.000 individual investors as members. The main objective of DSW is the protection of the interests of individual investors, including but not limited to shareholders, fundholders, and bondholders. Christiane is also Vice Chair of ESMA’s Securities and Markets Stakeholder Group and has been a member of the EU Commission’s Financial Services User Group (FSUG) between 2011 and 2021. Christiane graduated in Law from the University of Cologne and obtained her bar exam at the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf.

Elisa works on European and UK securities regulatory policy issues, as well as broader European and UK government affairs for Credit Suisse. She develops Credit Suisse positions on these issues in coordination with colleagues from across the different parts of the firm and represents Credit Suisse views to officials, regulators, clients and other key stakeholders in the European Union and in the UK.

Elisa chairs the MiFIDII Steering Committee for the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) and represents Credit Suisse in other European and UK trade associations. Prior to joining the Public Policy team, Elisa ran the regulatory change advisory function at Credit Suisse and before that, she held similar positions at other investment banks. Earlier in her career Elisa worked in the General Counsel’s Division of the UK Financial Services Authority, in the protection of consumers of financial services at the European Commission and as a solicitor in the Financial Institutions Group at Herbert Smith Freehills.

Elisa holds a degree in economics and management of public and international organisations from Bocconi University (Milan) and postgraduate professional qualifications from the College of Law (Guildford). She qualified as solicitor of the senior courts of England and Wales in 2003

Keshava Shastry is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets for DWS managing trading eco-system partnerships and assisting clients in asset allocation implementation as well as the market structure and regulatory coordination. He joined Deutsche in 2013 from Credit Suisse where he was head of Capital Markets and he ran the iShares Markets team at BGI/Blackrock prior to that. He has been in the asset management industry for more than 12 years after trading various asset classes (fixed income, fx, derivatives) for many years on the sell side. Keshava has a Masters degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Imperial College London and is a CFA charter-holder.

At FINBOURNE, Neil leads on the CTP.
He has over 20 years in banking and fixed income roles for several global banks including UBS, Wells Fargo, IKB Credit Asset Management and Nassauische Sparkasse. Prior to FINBOURNE, Neil was COO at Corlytics and Quaternion Risk Management, both Irish-based FinTech firms) and was Assistant Secretary General at the Department of Finance (Ireland, 2011 - 2016), CRO in the Department and a member of the FSB's European Regional Consultative Group.
He is a member of ESMA's Consultative Working Group of the Financial Innovation Standing Committee.
He hold degrees in law from Trinity College Dublin and LSE and a MBA from London Business School.

Tatyana Panova is the Head of the Capital Markets Union Unit in DG FISMA. Prior to this, Tatyana headed another unit in DG FISMA and served in the private office of Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis where she was responsible for Capital Markets Union, securities markets, asset management, insurance, free movement of capital and competition. Before joining the Cabinet, Tatyana was a Deputy Head of the Securities Unit in DG FISMA. In her previous jobs, Tatyana coordinated the preparation of ECOFIN, COREPER II and Economic and Financial Committee in DG MARKT and managed aviation anti-trust cases in DG COMP. Prior to joining the Commission in February 2005, Tatyana worked in corporate advisory services of Ernst&Young, as well as held internships with both the European Central Bank and European Commission. Tatyana is a trained economist with specialisation in financial services.
